Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return if:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  To initiate a return, please email connect@orelianearth.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package (if applicable)

  Requests received after the return window may not be accepted.

  
  

  2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Corporate branding and bulk orders

  • Made-to-order products

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

  • Products returned without original packaging

  As many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, fibre distribution, print alignment, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

  
  

  3. Return Approval

  Returns require prior approval from OrelianEarth.

  Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.

  Once approved, customers must ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

  Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  
  

  4. Inspection of Returned Products

  Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.

  If approved, we will process one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store Credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

  The resolution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

  
  

  5. Refunds

  Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.

  Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error.

  
  

  6. Exchanges

  We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

  Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  If the original product is unavailable, OrelianEarth reserves the right to offer:

  • An equivalent replacement

  • Store Credit

  7. Order Cancellation

  Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

  Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  Customised, personalised, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

  
  

  8. Damaged Shipments

  If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  Failure to report transit damage within this period may affect our ability to process your claim.
